Doctor Who
I am a social worker and I have been having problems with the doctor assigned to my cases. In our hospital meetings he constantly ignores the points that I make and talks down to me. One lady that I had warned was not capable of looking after herself suffered a fall in her home and lay there for 2 days. Had he listened to my advice (to put her into a home) she would not have suffered needlessly. I don't want to take the situation as far as a tribunal (mostly because I still think I will be ignored in favour of him) but how can I approach him without getting his back up? His back is already up! Jen H

Healthy Eating
Agony Aunt
  1. Keep drinking 8 glasses of water each day!
  2. Drink water 20 minutes before and 20 minutes after eating, not whilst you are eating.
  3. Avoid adding table salt to your meals!
  4. Leave the table satisfied and do not overeat – overeating upsets digestion and can lead to many digestive problems!
Recipe:
Porridge

May sound boring but you can make the most divine energising breakfast from a cheap and simple oat!

˝ cup organic oats per person (this will vary from person to person)
You can use jumbo oats or the smaller ones doesn’t matter
Soak these oats overnight in water, just enough to cover them
Cook for 10 minutes in either rice milk or just more water
Add some banana, berries, sunflower or pumpkin seeds, honey or agave nectar to sweeten, a teaspoon of flax oil and enjoy!
